Shipping Policy — 4 Paws Pet Essentials

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info once it ships.

We ship to all 50 US states. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary by location and supplier.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your ship date, contact us at 4pawspetessentials@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at 4pawspetessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!
